General conditions
If you are well informed from the beginning, everything is easier. We have listed several important facts for your stay at Gnaid below. If you have any questions, we are here to personally assist you.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- Your accommodation is available on the day of arrival from 2:00 pm.
- On the day of departure, check-out time is 11:00 am.
PRICES
- Our prices are per person per day and include gourmet meal plan, inclusive services and VAT.
- Child reductions only apply if staying in the same room as parents.
- For the payment of the hotel account we accept cash (according to the legal limit, for more information please contact the reception), traveller’s checks, debit cards or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard).
- It is not possible to combine packages or special offers with other promotions.
DOGS
- Kindly understand that we can accept dogs only after prior communication and agreement. They do not have access to the hotel restaurant and bar, the garden or the wellness area. Prices on request.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- To cancel a planned holiday is never a pleasant decision, neither for you nor for us. However, we inform you that in case of cancellation later than 21 days before arrival or earlier departure, we charge you the sum of three nights including half board.
